Membership

PTA membership and dues support your child by:

• Funding essential educational and curriculum needs 

• Advocating on behalf of children and educators at the local, state, and national levels

• Building an inclusive school community for all families

Requirements:

The only thing required of you to be a member of PTA is to pay the annual membership dues. Beyond that, however you choose to PTA is up to you. Membership in PTA can involve as much or as little time as you have to offer. There is no wrong or right way to be involved - anything you can give, whether it's time or money, will support your child's potential. There is no wrong way to PTA.

Cost:

• $15 for a single person 

• $25 for 2 people

• $10 for an individual student

• $10 for a staff member

How to Join:

Its easy to join! We want you to become a member in any way that makes you feel the most comfortable.  

• Online Join - simply follow the online process to walk you through our online join method.  Payments can be taken directly via credit or debit card, e-check or bank transfer.

• Mail - Simply print out the membership form and fill it out.  Then mail the form and your payment to us at PO Box 82092, Kenmore, WA 98028.  We do accept cash and check payments although we do not recommend mailing cash.  

• KMS Lock box -  Simply print out the membership form and place the form and your payment in an envelope.  You or your student can then drop the envelope in our securely locked black PTSA lock box located directly to the left after you walk inside of the front door of the Kenmore Middle School Office.  No envelopes? No problem! There are some located on the table by the lock box for your convenience. 

• Scholarship - Scholarships are a great way to join and support the PTSA without any pocket cost to you! Just fill out the form and either email, mail, or drop it in our lockbox and we will take care of the rest!

Scholarships:

We have scholarships available that were graciously donated by our members. To take advantage of one of our scholarships simply download a copy of our membership form, fill it out and then email a copy back to membership@kenmoreptsa.org. Membership forms may also be mailed to our PO Box listed on our Contact Us page or deposited in our PTSA lock box by the front door of the Kenmore Middle School office.  The process is very easy and always confidential. If you have any questions our membership chair will be happy to answer them. 

Member Benefits

When you join KMS PTSA you are automatically a member of Washington State PTA  and National PTA.  Member benefits and discounts are offered to all Washington State PTA members. To learn more about these discounts:
