Your PTSA Dollars At Work
Here are just some of the ways PTSA supports KMS students and staff.
Classroom Allotments
Teachers have up to $100 per classroom to help with classroom supplies or anything teachers need to set up their rooms and support learning.
Student Enrichment Grants
Anyone can apply for enrichment grants. Some past examples are new 4 square balls, flexible seating for multiple classrooms, and supplies for the calming corner in the office.
Parent Education
In 2022, PTSA hosted a viewing of the film Angst: Building Resilience. This film discussed anxiety, how to recognize it, some coping skills, and how to get support.
Staff Appreciation
The staff at KMS work hard to educate our children so we feel it is important to show our appreciation! PTSA aims to host a monthly staff appreciation event during the school year.
8th Grade Celebration
There's no better way to close out the middle school expereince than with a party! PTSA is honored to provide a celebration for our 8th graders to commemorate their middle school experience as we wish them best on their next step in high school.
